Who we are.
Lexform Pty Ltd, Est. 2006, is a Sydney NSW based Concrete Trade Company providing professional services in Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete for all types of construction. Commonly referred to as Form, Reo and Pour, or in short, FRP. We undertake the FRP in all sectors of the Sydney construction industry, including civil, commercial, industrial, education, hospitality, medical and residential.
The founder and director of Lexform Pty Ltd, Charlie Younan, has been in the Sydney construction industry since 1987 and has extensive experience in Civil Engineering, Construction and Concrete trade works.
Lexform has been successful in all aspects of the concrete trade, but particularly stand out in the Architectural Concrete projects. We have a proven ability to design and deliver specialised concrete elements by using alternative Engineered Systems, to suit any particular projects.
Our success is attributed to the skilled and professional staff and workers, as well as our dedication to our projects, working very closely with our clients and their construction team. We are a firm believer that construction is a team effort and pride ourselves on delivering our responsibilities in a coordinated and timely manner.
What we do.
Formwork & Wall Systems

Lexform can offer our clients the access to 3,000m2 of in-house conventional formwork to cater for their projects.

We have the additional capacity of modular panel system formwork to compliment our conventional systems, to increase capacity and stream line production on larger projects.

Specialised / Architectural elements are our forte. We can design specialty elements and fabricate them using alternative materials and systems to deliver even the most difficult concrete designs. We successfully do such elements and incorporate them into the project and concrete works.

Since its introduction, we have trained our workers in the installation and procedures of proprietary wall systems including Dincel Wall and Redi-Wall.
Concrete placement

Lexform provides a professional concreting service for all our works.

We can take the stress out of a concrete pour for our clients and best manage this with our team.

Working closely with our pumping team, we have access to a range of pumps from trailer pump, all sizes of line pumps and booms.

In addition to the concrete placement, curing services can be undertaken using proprietary spray on chemical.
Reinforcement steel fixing

To compliment our services, Lexform offers reinforcement place as a stand alone service or in a combined FRP package to clients.

All steel fixers are highly trained in the installation of reinforcement.

The management and coordination of the steel fixing can be managed by us and integrated into the concrete trade works. This will take away the stress and coordination from the client and allow us to ensure timely delivery of our work.
